To our departing commissioners, Marie Michnich and Carolyn Fiscus, we express our sincere gratitude for your dedication and service to the health of our Orcas Island community.
Orcas Island Health Care District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
channels of communication to all members of the public. As part of this commitment, Orcas Island Health Care District
