The Orcas Island Health Care District will hold a Public Budget and Levy Hearing on Wednesday, November 15 at 4:30 p.m. in the Community Room at the Orcas Island Library, 500 Rose Street, Eastsound.

Orcas Island Health Care District is fully committed to providing accessible facilities, elements and
